This win continues the organisations’ longstanding partnership, following the Box Hill Institute’s first implementation of TechnologyOne’s software for financial management in 2001. Box Hill Institute has since added additional TechnologyOne products, including Enterprise Budgeting and Student Management, citing the benefits of a single, integrated enterprise solution.
“We saw the benefits of working with a single vendor for all our core business systems, and purchased TechnologyOne Student Management because the solution met our requirements,” Box Hill Institute CEO Mr Norman Gray AM said. “It will enable us to improve visibility of funding and student contact hours.”
"Box Hill Institute is a great example of an organisation that understands the benefits of TechnologyOne’s enterprise vision, building upon a modular approach to adapt and improve processes in line with their needs," TechnologyOne Executive Chairman Adrian Di Marco said.
“TechnologyOne has more than 25 years’ experience delivering proven software solutions for Universities and TAFEs.
“Our deep understanding and engagement with the education sector means we can deliver integrated, preconfigured solutions that provide proven business processes, streamline implementations and reduce time, cost and risk.”
The deal with Box Hill Institute follows TechnologyOne’s rollout of its Student Management software at nine Victorian TAFE’s at the end of 2013. This was part of a State Government-led initiative to support TAFE's transition to new contestable training markets. Now, up to 300,000 TAFE students use TechnologyOne’s software to access their progress, results and enrolment details.
