What we stand for
TechnologyOne Foundation is committed to making a difference to underprivileged and at risk youths in our communities, by empowering them to transform their lives and create their own pathways of success.
Our goal is to help 500,000 children and their families free themselves from poverty
The TechnologyOne Foundation is looking to break the poverty cycle for generations by supporting an innovative microfinancing approach to charitable giving through Opportunity International Australia.
The partnership with Opportunity International Australia will provide small loans to enable families to grow businesses, earn regular incomes and create safety nets for the future. As 98% of these small loans are repaid and then re-lent to other families, the impact creates a ripple effect within communities.
The partnership looks to microfinance 500,000 children out of poverty over the next 15 years through this innovative entrepreneurial approach.
TechnologyOne Foundation partners with Fred Hollows Foundation
Together with the Fred Hollows Foundation, the TechnologyOne Foundation is continuing the work that Fred Hollows set out to do – restoring sight, fighting for change and empowering communities.
The Vietnam Child Eye Care program focuses on the development and adoption of a national eye care screening guideline.
Over 20% of Vietnamese school children are impacted by visual impairment, and two thirds of vision impaired children have never received an eye examination or do not wear spectacles.
Our commitment will improve eye health for all Vietnamese primary and secondary school children by encouraging healthy eye care practices to prevent visual impairment.
